The Edge Noosa

Acquisition, masterplanning and development of a 522 Ha site located in the Noosa hinterland, on Queenslands Sunshine Coast. The development proposed a nature conservation and outdoor recreation based international eco-tourism resort. The site is located only 20 minutes from the internationally renowned tropical holiday destination town of Noosa. The proposed development incorporated an equestrian centre, hotel, villas, golf course, country club, orchards, catering school and day spa. The plans were finalised after more than two years of community consultation.

Titanium was instrumental in the acquisition, masterplanning and development application for a 40 Ha site located at Caloundra on Queenslands Sunshine Coast. The development proposal was for a hotel resort complex, tennis and swimming facilities, a community centre including day care facility, alongside a residential development which sets the benchmark in sustainable residential development. The site is adjacent to Club Pelican 18 hole championship golf course designed by Greg Norman.

Pacific Heron

Titanium was responsible for the masterplanning of 407 Ha located at Coomera, on Queenslands Gold Coast. The proposed masterplan featured a Greg Norman designed golf course, resort and exclusive residential components, again adopting environmentally sustainable design to enhance the local environmental integrity and ambience.

Cape Schanck

Titanium was responsible for the acquisition of a site that comprised 300 hectares of land on the Mornington Peninsular.

Coomera Waters

Directed and supervised a land and built form subdivision, masterplanning and development of a 1,500 housing lot development on the Gold Coast of Queensland.

South Bank Corporation, Brisbane CBD - headed up the project team and the preparation of the successful bid document including masterplanning and feasibility analysis for the development of 19,000 m2 residential/commercial precinct.

Newstead, inner Brisbane CBD

Residential precinct directed the feasibility, negotiation and purchase of a site to construct 75 residential units.

Brisbane South Bank Parklands

Masterplanning and project cost management for redevelopment, including new infrastructure works, pedestrian bridge from city to parklands across the Brisbane River, 800 carspace underground carpark, new South Bank Corporation headquarters office, and refurbishment of existing retail outlets, restaurants and commercial buildings and new landscaping works and upgrading of existing parklands. Project Value AUD$96 million.
